    • Service Confirmation

      • Once a booking is confirmed, it is considered final. Clients are encouraged to review all details carefully before finalizing the booking.

    • Non-Refundable Payments

      • All payments made for the NEMT concierge service are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, booking fees, service charges, and any additional costs incurred during the process.

    • Cancellation Policy

      • Cancellations made after payment confirmation will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Service Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

      • While we strive to adhere to the scheduled times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any expected delays promptly. However, such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.

    • Service Denial

      • NEMT reserves the right to deny service in cases where the client exhibits behavior that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant with our service terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

    • Quality Assurance

      • We are committed to providing the highest quality of service. Any concerns or issues with the service provided must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion. While we do not offer refunds, we will work diligently to address any concerns and improve our services.
