Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment slot to another client. Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees if you provide us with the required 24 hours' notice. However, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation appointment without prior notification will be considered a "no-show." In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee or require prepayment for future appointments.
